　LPP-LM series
　 LPP-LM series can be used for transferring lightweight object such as wafer, chip, tray, camera unit and so on.
　 LPP-LM series has compact dimension and it can be used multiple forcers with overlapping trajectories on a single platen. So it
　 has advantage of optimizing with small footprint. The gap between forcer and platen is sustained with linear motion guide and
　 LPP-LM series has high stiffness and strong to suffer the moments.
　 The length of platen is produced up to 3000mm.
　 It's resolution is concluded as dividing number of microstep and it is up to 1μm.
